Summer Supplement Kit

Immune support

• Agrisept (1oz) - One of my favorite go-to treatments for any type of infection. It is composed of a mixture of citrus seed oils that have powerful antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial effects. It is useful in both acute and chronic infections. It should be started at the onset of any illness, particularly an upper respiratory tract infection that might include symptoms such as: sore throat, runny nose, cough, sneezing, body aches, and fever. In the acute phase of the illness begin taking 15 drops in 6-8oz of water 2 to 3 times per day. If you have a sore throat, you may mix this in 4 ounces of water and gargle and swallow the solution. It does have a very bitter aftertaste and can be diluted with 2 to 3 ounces of orange juice to reduce the bitterness of the treatment. I carry this with me when I travel and keep it in my medicine cabinet at home for any time I start to feel under the weather.

 

Hydration

• Powerpaks (6 packets) - PowerPaks are naturally flavored, fizzy electrolyte drink packs, featuring antioxidants, 1,200 mg of Vitamin C, manganese, selenium, Elderberry, Zinc, Vitamins B3, B6, B12, and a full spectrum of Ionic Trace Minerals. These are wonderful for hydration both after working out or during an acute illness. The vitamin C makes it useful to pack in your travel bag so that you have extra immune support while you’re on the go. It is a must have for summer hydration and to replenish the body during any illness with fever or diarrhea. Place one packet and 4-6 ounces of water mix it and enjoy.

 

Sun Protection/Recovery

• Aloe Soothe (65ml) - This gel soothes and calms the burning sensation and cools the area to prevent blistering or peeling. Apply the gel to any burn for fast-relieving effects. This is a lovely natural product to have at hand at all times. Apply whenever needed. Also, acts as a great face gel mask!

Bug Spray/Bite Relief

• Blemex Lotion (65ml) - Anytime and anywhere, our powerful organic tea tree oil blended with vitamins and antioxidants will help clear blemishes and help to clear and prevent breakouts by absorbing oils and toxins. Due to its ability to absorb oils and toxins apply this to any insect bites, poison ivy, or poison oak. This product can be applied to wounds, burns and bits, blemishes, rashes, and acne.
