Ingredients
1 can of pumpkin
4 eggs
½ cup honey
2 cups almond flour
1 cup coconut flakes (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. clove
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups.
Step 2
Combine pumpkin, eggs and honey and mix well.Â
Step 3
Add in almond flour, coconut flakes, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. Mix well.Â
Step 4
Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake for 20 - 22 minutes
